   • You cannot remove or change the advertising link we provide with our counters, but you can move or swap the link with another from our systems.
     
     • If you wish to move the advertising link to another part of your web page, where it will better fit with your design, you may do so.
       
     • To swap advertising links, simply login to your PrecisionCounter account, and use the "counter code" option. This will simply re-produce your counter code, and randomly select another advertiser/sponsor link from our database at the same time.
       
   • Any other modification or removal of the text link will result in the removal of your account here.
     
   b. You cannot include any of our counter or statistical tracking code in any e-mail distributions. This counter and statistics service is for use on web sites ONLY, and not e-mail communications or other messaging.
   
   c. PrecisionCounter.com reserves the right to cancel or remove any account at any time, for any reason - including, but not limited to, abuse of bandwidth or modification of our code.
   
   d. We have developed automated systems and other manual procedures to verify the PrecisionCounter counter code on all our account holders' web sites. If we find the counter has been modified from its original state or the required text link has been removed, we will remove your account.
